Building Better Men Announces “It’s Possible” Monday’s Virtual Mentoring Program

Building Better Men, a male mentoring and leadership organization, has announced its new “It’s Possible” Mondays 12-week online program beginning on Monday, Sept. 14, 2020.  Developed for boys ages 8 – 18, this program will feature a different speaker each session presenting on how they overcame challenges to achieve success in their career and life. Presenters will include educators, lawyer, ministers, music industry executives, retail store owners, financial advisors, and more.  In addition to the presentations, attendees will get information on becoming effective academic virtual learners during the pandemic.

“Our goal,” said Building Better Men Director Odis Bellinger, “is to open up the eyes of our young males to the career opportunities that exist for them, and help them to realize they can become successful in life no matter what they perceive as obstacles.”

Delivered via the Zoom conference web platform, this program is available at no charge to applicants and can accommodate up to 100 boys.  Parents interested in having their boys participate in “It’s Possible” Mondays, can fill out an enrollment form at https://buildingbettermen.org/enrollment.  An email will then be sent to them with further information and the log-in credentials.
