Building Better Men is excited to invite you to be part of our upcoming Jr. Shark Tank Competition for Detroit-area male and female youth, ages 12-17. We’ve designed this program to encourage these young people to develop an interest in owning their own business, in pursuing secondary education and in gaining money management skills.
Finalists, selected from pre-submitted :90 second videos outlining their business idea and why they need funding, will provide a live presentation in front of the judges on August 26, 2023 at Wayne County Community College. Each of the finalists will receive cash prizes to support their ideas, as well as (4) two-hour sessions with business mentors.
For this competition to be successful, we are looking for people and companies to act as sponsors. All monies will go toward finalist prizes and administrative support of the Jr. Shark Tank competition.

Gold – $2500
Silver — $1000
Patron – any amount
All sponsors will have their name or company name identified along with their sponsor level on all Jr. Shark Tank promotional materials including flyers, the Building Better Men website and social media postings.
