Building Better Men is a program that speaks specifically to their individual challenges as young boys and provides them with healthy, beneficial ways to express and navigate any issues or challenges.
My boys have been very receptive of the B2M program. Every week a new student sneaks into the leadership class. One student informed me, “Everybody wants to be in it!”
The Building Better Men program has been very beneficial. I have observed these student’s behavior go from defiant and disrespectful to courteous. The outside experiences helped mold one specific student who grades went from 1.5 to 2.8 GPA.
This program has given my son tools for communication, reasoning, responsibility, and more. His communication skills at home, school, and in the community have improved tremendously. Michael now is very respectful to his mom, siblings, school mates, and neighbors – especially seniors.
I’ve found that since he has become a part of the B2M program that he is beginning to realize what it means to be an accountable, productive, and a respectable young man. I appreciate the time that Mr. Bellinger is putting into the program as well as the young men on an individual basis.
We were introduced to this program almost a year ago through Facebook. My son has become more focused and looks forward to participating in the many activities provided to them. I believe that long term this program will help shape my son into a great young man and provide him with the knowledge needed to be successful as an adult.
