For the third year in a row, Building Better Men participated in the Mitch Albom/SAY Detroit Radiothon, which raises monies for Detroit area non-profits and a supporter of B2M. Our founder Odis Bellinger and program participant and honor roll student Khristian Oliver provided a fine overview of the B2M program. Other guests included actors and entertainers such as Hugh Jackman, Dr. Phil, Kate Hudson, Tim Allen, Dave Coulier, Jane Pauley, J.K. Simmons, and Lily Tomlin, to name a few.
Albom’s radiothon, which was mostly virtual this year, because of the COVID-19 pandemic, raised a record $1,519,716.
